Free Shipping & Rates
We offer free expedited shipping on orders of $75 or more.For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply, based on the package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. Shipping rates are calculated through our carrier partners, and any available discounts are passed on to you.From time to time, we may offer special shipping rates as part of promotions or seasonal campaigns, which may differ from the standard policy above.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, excluding PO Boxes.
Order Processing
• Orders placed on weekdays (Monday – Friday) will be processed within 48 hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require an additional 24 hours for processing.
Shipping Options
Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
• Standard Shipping – Estimated 4-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping – Estimated 3-5 business days after processing.
• Priority Shipping – Estimated 2-3 business days after processing.
All orders are shipped without requiring a signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and mailed back with a trackable shipping method.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• All skincare, cosmetics, brushes, facial tools, and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Sense+ reserves the right to refuse or adjust refunds based on the condition of the returned item.
How to Return an Item

• Your order number
• The reason for returnOur team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
Refunds & Processing
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval, adjustment, or denial of the refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• If the returned item was a gift, we may offer an exchange or a digital gift card instead.
