CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
At Sense+, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you review the following policy:
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms, or need to cancel for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance using one of the following methods:
• Log in to your online profile and cancel your appointment
• Leave a voicemail with your name, appointment time at 516-666-8588
Cancellation Guidelines:
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge
• No-shows will incur a $20 fee, as agreed upon at booking
• The timestamp of your request will determine whether the fee applies
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure the full experience of your treatment.
If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service depending on availability.
Group Reservations & Special Requests
Private event space is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
For group bookings or semi-private space requests, please contact us at hello@mysenseplus.com with at least 48 hours’ notice.
