BOOKING & POLICIES

At SENSE+ Skincare & Wellness, we are committed to providing a seamless, elevated
experience for every client. The following policies are designed to ensure smooth scheduling,
fairness, and the highest standard of care.
By booking an appointment or receiving services from SENSE+, you acknowledge and agree to
all Booking & Policies outlined below.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online or with the assistance of our team. A valid contact
method is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we
kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours are subject to a $30 fee or forfeiture of deposit/package session. Repeat late cancellations may result in limited future booking privileges.
  • Cancellations can be made by logging into your online account or by leaving a voicemail with your name and appointment details at 516-666-8588. The timestamp of your request will determine whether any applicable fee applies.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We encourage all clients to arrive on time to fully enjoy their scheduled treatment.
  •  Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
  • No-show appointments are subject to a $50 fee or forfeiture of deposit/package session. Repeat late arrivals or no-shows may result in limited future booking privileges

Treatment Documentation

  • As part of your treatment experience, photos or videos may be taken before, during, orafter your service for internal documentation, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
  • All images are kept confidential and used solely for internal records.
  • For any questions regarding documentation, please feel free to contact us prior to your appointment.

Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, wekindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • All sales on services, packages, memberships, and gift cards are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, individual results and satisfaction may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed services. Packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable
  • If you have any concerns regarding your experience, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review and support you appropriately.

Packages & Memberships

  • All packages and prepaid services must be used within the designated validity period provided at the time of purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.

Group Reservations & Special Requests

  • Private event space is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
  • For group bookings or semi-private space requests, please contact us at hello@mysenseplus.com with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Right to Refuse Service

  • SENSE+ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with policies, or concerns regarding treatment suitability or safety.
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where treatment is deemed unsuitable or where policies are not respected

Marketing Communications

  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from SENSE+, including appointment reminders, updates, and promotional messages.
  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or contacting us directly
  • Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.
